Background

Born in the UK, Quentin left to travel Europe at only thirteen weeks with his family. Quentin spent his early years residing and being educated in Spain. Raised in a creative environment, the arts and music were to become a prominent part of his life. Enjoying the blockbusters of the silver screen, Quentin soon desired to become an actor. 

Participating in school performances in Spain in the native language of Spanish, which he is fluent in, was the step towards his dream to become a performer he craved for.

A move back to the UK for family reasons created a new learning environment and opened a few more opportunities for him to follow his path of chosen career.

Entering the United Kingdom education system was a culture shock, but being a resourceful child and able to adapt against some bullying, he focused and took part in more school performances and joined a local children’s theatre club, however the emphasis was on song and dance, where Quentin wished to concentrate on his dramatic performance embracing character development and delivery of performance.

Upon entering private education for the benefit of the drama department, to accelerate his need to learn. He performed in two productions to live audiences and assisted with stage set up. For the first time he gained experience not only in live performance, but backstage props, make up, wardrobe and audio/lighting linked performance.

An opportunity opened up for Quentin to join a new school, with a purpose-built theatre auditorium, drama department, music department, radio station and a school with a accolade of delivering award winning shows.

It was at this juncture in his education he began to excel.

LAMDA exams supported by the school a focused tool for developing performers delivered a new challenge. Left to his own resources and responsibility of pass or fail, his second exam positioned him at one the highest distinction obtained by a student at the school. Currently engaging in the next level of exams.

During his time studying performance Quentin developed a keen interest in music production, piano and guitar opened new horizons and interest, following in his Fathers background of music producer, film producer and a best-selling author, the stage was set for him Quentin to seek advice and support should he require.

Self-taught from YouTube, Quentin passed an exam for private tuition for piano, soon excelling delivering self-written pieces that he married with impactful lyrics. Such is his development that he is now engaged in Level Six exams for piano, hoping to achieve distinction, undertaking one of the hardest classical piano sections ever to be set by the school.

As a mark of encouragement his father set up a home studio, with piano, midi keyboard, studio monitors and iMac, linked to Alberton Live. Quentin could now begin producing and developing his love for film score based on classical piano mixed with tempo beats and full digital orchestration.

Equally organising one to one tuition with Brian Cox one of the worlds renowned actors from award winning shows like Succession.

Quentin's future is bright, performance and music creation his concentrated focus, with new offers for film, television parts and this his platform for exposure and audience awareness to promote his for evolving career.
